Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time without penalty. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but you will retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter or confirm within the platform. SME-BOSSA provides tools to help you manage your records, but we do not provide legal or tax advice. You must ensure your records meet your local regulatory requirements.

4. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, SME-BOSSA is provided on an 'as-is' basis. In no event shall we be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
